Dear Patrick, I asked Hannah Mitchell to provide me with your email address as I wanted to share the exceptional customer service I received from Hannah this week. I placed a small order on 3rd December which was delivered this week. After waiting this period for it to be delivered I was really disappointed that one of the items I received had been personalised incorrectly, and so got in touch with Customer Services through the chat function on the BHMA website. Hannah got on it straight away to resolve the issue. She was friendly, and professional and contacted me when she said she would. I genuinely couldn’t believe it when the very next day the replacement item (now perfectly personalised!) arrived in the post!
